Location of the Institute of Psychogerontology

The new premises of the IPG are very close to the underground station „Friedrich-Ebert-Platz“ (U3). You can reach the “Friedrich-Ebert-Platz” with underground line 3 in a ten minute ride from Nürnberg Central railway station. At the “Friedrich-Ebert-Platz” use exit „Bucher Strasse/Archivstrasse“, then turn right into „Kobergerstrasse“. After about 150m you will find the IPG on the left side (lime coloured buildung; house number 62).

By car you can reach the IPG within about 15 minutes from the exit „Nürnberg-Tennenlohe“ on motorway A3. Take the exit “84” towards Nürnberg on the B4 (Erlanger Strasse), which merges into the Bucherstrasse later on.

After about 10 km turn left at the junction with „Kressenstrasse“. Then turn right at the second intersection into Pilotystrasse. At the next junction turn right, you have reached the Kobergerstrasse.
The IPG is the first building on the right side (lime coloured buildung; house number 62).

In front of the building you will find short term parking for visitors.
A barrier-free access with a wheelchair accessible elevator can be found in the backyard of the building.
